Support won't even respond to issues

The concept of this app is great and if it worked consistently since the recent update it would be fine. I continue to have issues every day and can't even get support to respond. As others have noted the app dies during workouts but still hear the audio but can't stop the work out. I could restart it but then I have 2 workouts going at the same time with different audio- weird. Also I get notifications that I have lost a heart but yet I have worked out. At least Apple recognizes that workouts. Fix the bugs. *Update 7/18-they've changed the activity level that is acceptable for this application and didn't inform users. In addition as of today the application will not load on the Apple Watch. Again a great concept poor execution.

Great workout

I love this workout. I do it when I'm home, and when I'm away on vacation. Not only do I get a complete full body workout, but I know that all the exercises are safe and not high risk like some of the others out there.

Perfect for a busy day!

I love these workouts because I can always fit them in and when I need more I just do two or three!
